What a great listen. I always thoroughly enjoy listening to the 2 of you speak together at length on a topic. It's quite relaxing, and helps to keep me actually focused on what is being said as I often tend to get easily distracted. This explains a lot and gives me much to think about, thank you 💜

So many resonating points here thank you both. I have issues with vocalising my authentic wants and needs, largely because when I do I am made to feel small and insignificant. A nuisance or a drain financially. That is why I currently hold down 3 very different part time jobs when only one brings me joy. If I’m not contributing financially, to the level of my partner, as well as being a full on 50’s housewife then I’m found lacking and my needs largely laughed at. I sound woe is me. It’s not that bad, really. I have it great compared to a lot of people I know
