Manifestation will not just bring your dreams into reality, but because of the healing work done along the way - the shift of mindset and vibrational level - it will also bring you overall positive well-being and mental health.
The power of positive thinking is incredible, and limitless. Our mindset determines how we see the World, how we communicate with ourselves and others, and it can help us identify and take advantage of opportunities that we may have previously ignored or dismissed. You cannot fake or hide your mood from the Universe. When you are gloomy and pessimistic or cynical, it not only can show in your face, body language, and behaviour, but it is very clear on an energetic and vibrational level. This applies to both positive and negative thoughts. When you are excited, engaged, loving and optimistic, that shows on all of those levels too.
In general, whilst manifesting, you are advised to choose to spend more time around those who bring out positive emotions, who encourage and support your endeavours. Those who have a positive mindset are more productive, creative, and are better at problem-solving than their peers.
So if you are putting out those positive vibes you are set up to perform better and get better manifestation results, but are also attracting other similar souls who may prove to be valuable allies, mentors, or colleagues. These can turn into long term friendships, deeper relationships, and connections that bring you a support network and an abundance of love. However please remember that this doesn't mean you should overdo it on being optimistic and upbeat. Be authentic. It is absolutely okay to have "off days", feel low or have pessimistic thoughts - it is how you respond to them that really matters.
