Everything in this Universe is energy that exists in vibration. The law of attraction tells us that “like attracts like.” This means people or things with the same vibrational frequency are drawn to each other. Manifestation is the process of raising your energy vibrations to equal that of your desire, and thereby succeed in attracting the same into your life. It is the process of bringing your desires or goals into reality, based on the idea that your thoughts and energy have the power to influence the World around you.
Whether you know about it, or even believe in it, or not this law of attraction is working for you - it always has and will always continue to. It is just a natural occurrence, something that exists regardless of the jargon, dismissals or literature put behind it. It just is. Manifesting a chosen goal using the law of attraction is possible by raising your vibrational frequency to that of your goal, thereby attracting it into your life. The law of attraction tells us that we can raise our energy vibrations through our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. This can be done using various tools, which you can find on the "Part 4: Tips and Tools" post of the forum.
For a manifestation effort to be successful in addition to thinking positively and taking action, attention must also be given to other areas too. Ridding and removing limiting beliefs, maintaining unwavering beliefs in the process, and preparing yourself to receive the goal are also as important to the process. We explore this in more detail in "Part 8: Blocks and Limiting Beliefs."
The process of manifestation is as follows:
Clarify your desire: start by identifying what you truly want to manifest in your life. Be specific and clear about your goal. For example if you want to find a new job, define the type of job, the industry, and the qualities you desire.
Visualise and believe: imagine yourself already having achieved your desire. Create a mental image of what it looks and feels like. Believe in the possibility of it happening and trust that it will come to fruition.
Align your thoughts and emotions: pay attention to your thoughts and emotions related to your desire. Keep them positive and avoid doubt or negativity where possible. Focus on feelings of gratitude, joy, and confidence, as if your desire has already manifested.
Take inspired action: manifestation isn't just about wishful thinking, it requires action. Take steps that align with your desire. This could involve networking, updating your resume, or researching opportunities. Act as if you are already on the path towards your manifestation.
Let go and trust: once you've done your part, release any attachment to the outcome and trust in the process. Avoid obsessing over the "how" and "when" of your manifestation. Instead have faith that the Universe will work things out in the best way for you.
Gratitude and openness: maintain an attitude of gratitude for what you already have in your life. This positive energy attracts more positive abundance. Stay open to receiving and remain alert to opportunities that may arise, even if they appear different from what you initially imagined.
We will work through each of these stages with you during this course. Manifestation, however, is not a Magickal overnight solution. It takes time, patience, and consistent effort. By aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions, you can create a positive mindset and attract what you desire into your life.
I do wish I’d seen this earlier as I haven’t followed point one as well as I should have and now feel this has affected my manifestation progress. The posts seem to come through on my feed in a random order so I have found it hard to follow. I have tried altering the filter but it doesn’t seem to help. If anyone comments it throws it out again. Anyone else having the same issue? - or is it me???
