If you have completed at least 60 days of consistant manifestation practise, you should have at least started to feel or see a shift in the energy surrounding your goal - your manifestation may even have arrived, which is very possible during this timeframe. If however you have been unable to stick to a routine and regularly invest in this journey, then it is worth you spending longer on some of the techniques we've laid out for you.
Perhaps this wasn't the right time or life got in the way, as it so often does, so don't fret. It may also be that your priorities have changed, your goal has altered, or you want to put it aside for now. All this is absolutely fine - you will have access to this information for as long as it exists here. Other than the specific files for certain types of manifestation, which we asked you to choose when purchasing, you can use many of these techniques for all sorts of goals. Plus now that you're equipped with lots of ideas, you can make your own positive affirmation audio files for whatever aspiration you want to fulfil.
We are still here if you ever need guidance, and you're welcome to dip in and out if you need a refresher or as new people join the course. We will likely continue to add new information for everyone here, and plan to cast a New Moon positive abundance spell every six months - the next date can be found here. Meanwhile if you have any questions please don't hesitate to post in the Questions & Answers part of the forum, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to do it in private. And don't forget to support each other in positive and uplifting ways. Happy Manifesting!

If you find it difficult keeping on top of your recommended manifestation daily to-do list, this table may come in handy. You could print them weekly, or laminate so that you can start again each week - either way a helpful addition to your manifestation journal or vision board.
Have you ever wondered why certain patterns keep repeating in your life? Why you find yourself making the same mistakes or facing similar challenges over and over again? The answer might lie in the depths of your subconscious mind. Our subconscious programming plays a significant role in shaping our thoughts, actions, and ultimately, the outcomes in our lives.
Before we delve into the connection between your subconscious mind and your life, let's understand what the subconscious mind is. Our minds consist of two major components: the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind is responsible for logical thinking, decision-making, and processing information in real-time. In contrast, the subconscious mind operates below the surface, influencing our beliefs, habits, emotions, and automatic responses. Think of the subconscious mind as a vast storage space where all your past experiences, memories, traumas, and beliefs are stored. These experiences create "programs" that dictate how you perceive the World, interpret events, and interact with others.
Whilst the conscious mind is powerful, it's the subconscious that often wields greater influence over our lives. Imagine your mind as a computer, and your subconscious programs as the software running in the background. These programs continuously run, shaping your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. They form the basis of your self-image and dictate your limits, fears, and aspirations. Many of these subconscious programs were formed during childhood when we were highly impressionable and lacked the ability to filter information critically. Moreover, external influences such as family, society, and culture also play a significant role in shaping these programs.
How Subconscious Programs Manifest in Your Life
Relationships: Your subconscious beliefs about love, trust, and self-worth impact the kind of relationships you attract and maintain. If you have deep-seated insecurities, you may find it challenging to establish healthy, fulfilling connections.
Success and Abundance: Your beliefs about money, success, and abundance influence your financial situation and career path. If you hold subconscious beliefs that limit your worth or potential, you may unknowingly sabotage your own success.
Health and Well-being: Subconscious programs can also impact your physical health. Stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns can manifest as various health issues.
Habits and Addictions: Our daily habits and addictions are often rooted in subconscious programs. Breaking free from unhealthy patterns requires addressing the underlying beliefs driving these behaviors.
Self-Sabotage: Ever felt like something was holding you back from achieving your goals? Subconscious self-sabotage might be at play, keeping you from realising your full potential.
The good news is that you can reprogram your subconscious mind to align with your desires and goals, by recognising and acknowledging the patterns in your life that you'd like to change. Awareness is the first step towards transformation. You can then use tools like positive affirmations, to replace negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. Repeating empowering statements daily reinforces new programming. Visualising the life you want to create and engaging all your senses to make the experience more potent, makes it more believable to your subconscious mind. You might also consider exploring hypnosis or meditation as tools to access and reprogram the subconscious, or choose to surround yourself with people, media, and environments that support your new beliefs and aspirations.
Your life is not a product of mere chance, but rather a reflection of your subconscious programming. By becoming aware of these underlying programs and taking conscious steps to rewire them, you can reshape your life and create the reality you truly desire. Embrace the power of your subconscious mind, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Your life's printout can be rewritten, one empowering belief at a time.
